When our students and visitors see a named space, a message is sent that there are people in our school community who value Hoosac to such a degree as to name a space.

In the case of Towne Hall, the first donors generously chose to name the building in memory of Margaret Towne, who dedicated 43 years of service to our school.

Naming a space also brings teaching moments. Today's students will become tomorrow's alumni, and they will already know what a gift it is to name a space such as a dormitory room.
