Biography
Originally a native from Brazil, Mrs. Patricia Gomes Carneiro graduated with a degree in English from Maryland. Following college, she moved back to Brazil where she opened her own language school and helped countless Brazilians learn English as a second language. In 2004 Mrs. Carneiro lived in Houston, Texas, where she earned her CELTA from Cambridge University. After moving back to Brazil, while running her school and helping her students, she also acquired the Oxford University Training Course and Workshop for Teachers Certificate as well as the ESOL Cambridge Certificate. All of this experience and dedication has made it easier for her to move back to the United States with teaching positions first in Florida and now here at Hoosac.
